CSNY Déjà Vu är fi lmad under den mycket omtalade turnén Freedom of Speach Tour med Neil Young, David Crosby, Graham Nash och Stephen Stills. De fyra musikerna protesterar i sina låtar mot kriget och om att ställa president Bush inför riksrätt. Konserterna som hölls runt om i USA blev kontroversiella och i fi lmen får vi se publikens många olika reaktioner, allt från jubel till de som buar och lämnar arenan. Tankarna går tillbaks till Vietnamkrigets proteströrelser på 60- och 70-talen och i dokumentären får vi även höra åsikter från fl era krigsveteraner och andra anhöriga.
